Shipping & Returns

We strive to ship your orders within 48-72 hours for our custom made to order products.  For products in stock we attempt to make shipments within 24-48 hours.  Your orders are sent to our production facilities as soon as you finish checkout, where they are manufactured, packaged and shipped one at a time.

After your order is placed, it is generally processed within two hours. Once your order is processed, it moves immediately to the manufacturing phase and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

The following products will take longer than 24 hours to manufacture.

  • Dark Apparel: 3 to 5 Business days
  • Custom Shoes: 3 to 4 weeks
  • Photo Prints and Enlargements: 5 to 7 Business days
  • Framed Prints: 10 to 12 Business days
  • Custom Embroidery: 2 to 3 Business days

Domestic Shipping Services

Kidizmo offers a variety of shipping options via United States Postal Service.  If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 to 2 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow  2-4 business days for Priority,  and 3-5 business days for Ground. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type.

Tracking is only available for Ground, priority (via USPS.com),.

To track an order through your Kidizmo account, login and visit your account status page.

Special cases

  • If you request shipping to a PO Box, please choose Economy or Priority shipping option
  • If you request shipping to a APO/FPO location, please choose Priority shipping option.
  • Ground shipping, and economy shipping is not available to customers in Alaska or Hawaii.

 

A variety of carriers deliver your orders, but we are proud to use the United States Postal Service and UPS for most of our shipments.

Calculating your shipping rate

Because there are so many variables in generating a basic shipping quote, we recommend that you place a mock order, instead, to get the most accurate pricing figure. You do not need to create an account to do this.

You can generate your own price quote by adding the items you are considering for purchase to your shopping cart. You can check how much shipping would cost for a specific order by selecting the 'Checkout Now' button in the Shopping Cart. Then enter a shipping address and click the 'Ship to this address' button. The various available shipping options and relative pricing will be displayed. This page will also reflect an overall price for the order, including product, tax (if applicable) and shipping**.

Please note, if you generate a quote using this method and return to kidizmo.com at a later time to make a purchase, the price generated during that checkout session is the price you will pay. Any price generated at an earlier session will not be honored.

Currently Kidzmo only ships within the United States.

Returns

We strive to exceed delivery the best quality products and exceed your expectations. Because many of our items are one of a kind custom designs created for you we can only accept returns on items that are defective or items that are stocked.  Please be sure to specify the correct sizes for all apparel

If you receive a defective product, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following exceptions:

  • Shoes: Custom shoes are made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns.
  • Name Personalizations:  products which result in spelling errors due to a customers typing errors  cannot be accepted for return, please be sure to check the spelling on all personalized items prior to ordering.

To return your items:

Contact service@kidizmo.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or refund.

Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the products themselves cannot be modified. However, you are free cancel your current order to make modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still in "pending" status (and has not yet entered our production stream).

Typically, you have 2 hours from the time your order was placed to cancel the order (through your Kidizmo account) and make any changes you deem necessary. Canceling your order in this manner will automatically add the cancelled items back to your shopping cart where you can make edits (by clicking on the thumbnails of the items you wish to change).

 

Changing the Shipping Method on an open Kidizmo order

As with Product Details, once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the shipping method selected at checkout cannot be altered. If you know your order number, then all modifications/cancellations can be easily done by logging into your account .
